Of all the Halberdiers, there are a few whose genetic templates do not match one of the three main races making up Halberd. These are prototypes, ones made for very specific purposes pertaining to more than performance in combat. Fly Guy was designed to be able to transport needed supplies across treacherous or otherwise impassable terrain, via his gift of flight. A role which he would be happy to fill, if he wasn't always being shown up by Titans, whose very instinct is to conquer obstacles.

He is a very laid back fellow, who hangs around with Tyrndmere most days. He finds her to be just as much of an outcast as he is, despite her not being a genetic abomination. Perhaps moreso, as the Skellions readily accept him most of the time, given his similarity to their height profile.

Though the Titans tend to be the bullies around Halberd, the number of jokes made at his expense is mostly kept to a minimum, or all in good fun. His habit of flying into the high windows of the extravagant Titan villas has left him with more than his fair share of blackmail.
